Hi, I’m Jency. 👋🏾
It’s nice to meet you!
I’m a Product Designer who bridges research and execution to bring clarity to enterprise systems. I start by listening to people—their stories, workflows, and goals—and translate those insights into tools and experiences that make work more intuitive, efficient, and human-centered.
I’ve designed across enterprise, FemTech, and research settings, at Target, ChartNeo, and the University of Washington. After graduating with a B.S. in Human Centered Design & Engineering, I spent two years serving with FOCUS, leading service projects and designing meaningful community experiences at UC Berkeley.
Across every project, I’m motivated by a desire to simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and create experiences that make people’s work—and lives—feel easier, more confident, and more meaningful.
Currently, I’m a contract UX designer for 3W Medical and am design consulting in the tax-AI space; I’m actively pursuing full-time opportunities as a Product Designer in UX consulting or enterprise design starting in March.
When I’m not designing, you can usually find me running, reading, or enjoying a good conversation while cloud-watching.
Please feel free to contact me via email here! Thanks for stopping by. 🤗
